About our chef

Chef Andy Mangiduyos grew up in Maui, Hawaii amongst a slew of great restaurants serving an array of Pacific Rim Cuisine. He studied at the UH Maui, Hawaii and began his career with Hyatt Hotels at a young age. 

Chef Andy specializes in innovative Pacific Rim Infusion. He will work hard to create a personalized menu to your specifications and will help make your vision a reality.
