Enjoy some of our favorite dishes in the comfort of your home.  We are offering marinated uncooked huli huli chicken, teriyaki chicken, and teriyaki beef.  The meats are frozen and individually packed for your convenience.

In order to avail the free delivery within Greater San Diego area, we require a minimum order of $40.  We only accept exact cash, venmo, or zelle payments.

Serving:

  • 8-10 oz portions approx. for 1-2 servings

Cooking Instructions:

Chicken:

Thaw out the bag of marinated chicken.  Once its thaw, drain atleast half of the marinate ensuring the chicken has some marinate left.  

Grill - Heat up grill.  Place the chicken on hot grill.  Flip it and cook the other side making sure its cooked all the way.  Slice or dice to the size of your desire.  Ready to be served.

Oven - Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.  Place the chicken on a flat baking pan.  (Optional - apply parchment paper on the baking pan before the chicken).  Bake for 20-25 minutes making sure its cooked all the way.  Slice or dice to the size of your desire.  Ready to be served.

Beef:

Thaw out the bag of marinated beef.  Heat up a pan or wok on the stove.  Add 2 Tbsp of cooking oil on the pan or wok.  Add the marinated beef.  Stir and make sure its cook all the way.  Slice or dice to the size of your desire.  Ready to be served.

Chicken:

Thaw out the bag of marinated chicken overnight in the refrigerator.  You can also thaw the chicken in cold water for 30-40 minutes.  Once its thaw, drain the marinate leaving atleast 2 tbsp behind for cooking.

Grill - Heat up grill to 375 degrees.  Place the chicken on hot grill.  Flip it and cook the other side making sure its cooked all the way with internal temperature of 165 degrees and above.  Use a pastry brush to baste the chicken while grilling. Slice or dice to the size of your desire.  Ready to be served.

Pork Lumpia:

Heat a heavy skillet over medium heat, add oil to 1/2 inch depth, and heat for 5 mins until it reach 375 degrees Farenheit.  Slide 4-5 lumpia into the oil.  Fry the rolls for 1 to 2 mins, until all sides are golden brown with internal temperature of 160 degrees Farenheit.  Ready to be served.

Crab Salmon Dynamite

Thaw out the bag of salmon overnight in the refrigerator.  Pre heat the oven to 350 degrees.   Take the salmon out of the package and place the crab mix on top of the salmon. Spread the crab evenly.  Place the salmon on a flat baking sheet pan (optional: apply parchment paper on the baking pan before the salmon) and put in the pre heat oven.  Cook for 12-15 minutes or internal temperature of 145 degrees.  Ready to be served.
